Public Comment on the Proposed Resolution for the Fourth Amendment to the Open Space Plan:

Supervisor Anderson stated the purpose of the Public Hearing was to take Public Comment on adding two additional properties to the Open Space Plan.  The two properties are near the corner of Beith and Anderson Roads.  He pointed them out on a map of Campton Township at the front of the room, and asked for Public Comment.  Christian Boissonnas asked is this by the Headwaters?  Answer was the next one is under contract, so there is a connection to the Headwaters.  Bryan Blanco asked what is the acreage of the parcels?  Answer was 25 acres and 13.7 acres.  B. Blanco asked what is the proposed use?  Answer was no plans yet.  There was no further Public Comment.

Adjournment:

J. Kupar moved to adjourn the Public Hearing.  A. Koppenhofer seconded the motion.  On a voice vote, Supervisor Anderson and Trustees Kupar, Koppenhofer, and Judy voted aye.  Trustee Stutesman was absent.  The motion passed and the Public Hearing adjourned at 7:30 p.m.

                                                                   Respectfully Submitted,
