7:00 p.m.

 

     The December 9, 2003 Public Hearing on the Campton Township proposed tax levy Ordinance no. 03-03T, was called to order by Supervisor Anderson at 7:00 p.m. at the Community Center.  The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.  Clerk Johansen called the roll with Supervisor Anderson and Trustees Manser and Kupar present.  Trustees Gillen and Judy were absent. 

     Supervisor Anderson stated the purpose of the Public Hearing was to take public comments on the proposed tax levy Ordinance No. 03-03T, an ordinance levying taxes for all town purposes for Campton Township, Kane County, Illinois, for the year 2003, collectable in 2004.  He asked for public comments. 

Public Comments:  None.

Adjournment:  R. Manser moved the Public Hearing adjourn.  The motion was seconded by J. Kupar.  On a voice vote Supervisor Anderson and Trustees Manser and Kupar voted aye.  Trustees Gillen and Judy were absent.  The motion passed and the Public Hearing adjourned at 7:15 p.m.

     The December 9, 2003 Public Hearing on the Campton Township Road District proposed tax levy Ordinance no. 03-03R, was called to order by Supervisor Anderson at 7:15 p.m. at the Community Center.  The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.  Clerk Johansen called the roll with Supervisor Anderson and Trustees Manser and Kupar present.  Trustees Gillen and Judy were absent. 

     Supervisor Anderson stated the purpose of the Public Hearing was to take public comments on the proposed tax levy Ordinance No. 03-03R, an ordinance levying taxes for all road purposes for Campton Township Road District, Kane County, Illinois, for the year 2003, collectable in 2004.  He asked for public comments. 

Public Comments:  None.

Adjournment:  R. Manser moved the Public Hearing adjourn.  The motion was seconded by J. Kupar.  On a voice vote Supervisor Anderson and Trustees Manser and Kupar voted aye.  Trustees Gillen and Judy were absent.  The motion passed and the Public Hearing adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
