1. 2. 3.     The January 26, 2006 Special Board meeting was called to order by Supervisor Anderson at 1:05 p.m. at the Community Center.  The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.  Clerk Johansen called the roll with Supervisor Anderson and Trustees Stutesman and Judy present.  Trustee Kupar was present by speaker phone.  Trustee Koppenhofer was absent. 

4.  Executive Session – Land Acquisition:  T. Stutesman moved the Board go into Executive Session to discuss land acquisition and to include Township Attorney Noble, Township Administrator Glas, and Township C.P.A. McKay.  The motion was seconded by K. Judy.  On a roll call vote Supervisor Anderson and Trustees Stutesman and Judy voted aye.  Trustee Kupar voted aye by speaker phone.  Trustee Koppenhofer was absent.  The motion passed and Executive Session began at 1:05 p.m. 

5.  Adjournment:  Supervisor Anderson reconvened the regular session at 1:54 p.m.  T. Stutesman moved the Board adjourn the meeting.  The motion was seconded by K. Judy.  In a voice vote Supervisor Anderson and Trustees Stutesman and Judy voted aye.  Trustee Kupar was no longer on speaker phone.  Trustee Koppenhofer was absent.  The motion passed and the meeting adjourned at 1:55 p.m.
