1. 2. 3. The January 28, 2010 Special Board Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Kupar at 7:03 p.m. at the Campton Township Town Hall. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Clerk Johansen called the roll with Supervisor Kupar and Trustees Boissonnas, Lambe, and VanZandt present. Trustee Stutesman was absent.
4. Executive Session – Real Estate: G. VanZandt moved the Board go into Executive Session for the purpose of discussing real estate acquisition. R. Lambe seconded the motion. In a roll call vote Supervisor Kupar and Trustees Boissonnas, Lambe, and VanZandt voted aye. Trustee Stutesman was absent. The motion passed and Executive Session began at 7:05 p.m.
5. New Business – Presentation and Discussion for Action: Supervisor Kupar reconvened the regular session.
a. Discuss and Act Upon Approve Item from Executive Session: C. Boissonnas moved the Board approve the contract with V-3 to do a Phase II on the subject property in an amount not to exceed $12,000.00. The motion was seconded by G. VanZandt. In a roll call vote Supervisor Kupar and Trustees Boissonnas, Lambe, and VanZandt voted aye. Trustee Stutesman was absent. The motion passed. C. Boissonnas moved the Board authorize the Supervisor to initial the revised contract for open space property 4-2. G. VanZandt seconded the motion. In a roll call vote Supervisor Kupar and Trustees Boissonnas, Lambe, and VanZandt voted aye. Trustee Stutesman was absent. The motion passed.
6. Adjournment: R. Lambe moved the Board adjourn the Special Board Meeting. C. Boissonnas seconded the motion. In a voice vote Supervisor Kupar and Trustees Boissonnas, Lambe, and VanZandt voted aye. Trustee Stutesman was absent. The motion passed and the Special Board Meeting adjourned at 7:32 p.m.
