Open Space Plan II Recommendation,
an Amendment to Original Open Space Plan
of November 14, 2000

 

     The Trustees of the Town Board of Campton Township, enabled by Township Open Space Act, 60 ILCS 1/115-5 et seq., based on oral evidence heard at the November 4, 2004 and November 9, 2004 public hearings and all written evidence submitted to the Town Board, hereby recommend that the Township Board adopt the Open Space Plan II, an Amendment to Original Open Space Plan of November 14, 2000, as prepared and submitted to the Board on November 9, 2004.

     It is further recommended that the Town Board of Campton Township also adopt a “Resolution Adopting Open Space Plan Recommendation”, and further, when appropriate, a “Petition from the Town Board to the Town Clerk to Submit Questions and Certify the Open Space Proposition”, as well as a “Resolution Approving the Petition to Town Clerk to Submit Questions and Certify the Open Space Plan Proposition”.
