2026 Assessments Now Available in Assessor's Property Search Online DatabaseAll Assessment Changes Are Published in the Kane County Chronicle's and the Elburn Herald's September 24th Editions |

| The Kane County Supervisor of Assessments has published all 2026 assessment changes for Campton Township in the Kane County Chronicle's and the Elburn Herald's September 24th editions. Note that only properties with 2026 assessment changes for reasons other than the County's Annual Equalization Factor for our Township are published; these properties also receive a Notice of Revised Assessment mailed by the County. By State law, our 2026 assessments are based on the prior three years' worth of sales, that is, sales from 2023, 2024, and 2025. Based on these sales, the 2026 Annual Equalization Factor issued by Kane County for Campton Township is 1.0588 (that is, +5.88%). The September 24th publication of all assessment changes in the Kane County Chronicle and the Elburn Herald commences the annual 30-day property assessment appeal filing period with the Kane County of Board of Review (BOR). The deadline for filing 2026 assessment appeals for Campton Township with the Kane County Board of Review is October 26th, 2026.
